The mandate entails strategic, conceptual and operational consultancies to the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) or projects supported by SECO in the energy sector. Content and objectives of the mandate, the scope of work expected from the Consultant, and the required expertise and experience under this assignment are described in the Terms of Reference (Appendix 1.)
The client is the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). The services are provided to SECO, or to beneficiaries of projects supported by SECO.
